Pink Elephant Ltd will no longer be partnering with the ‘A Smile for a Child’ charity at the end of this week, due to the charity stopping its operation. As a company that has worked alongside this charity for an extended period, we would like to take this opportunity to acknowledge the outstanding work they have accomplished

A Smile for a Child

‘A Smile for a Child’ is a charitable organisation that provides opportunities for disabled children to engage in sports. It exemplifies how a small donation can make a significant difference in the lives of children. The funds collected are used to provide swimming lessons, horseback riding lessons, fly-fishing sessions, skiing lessons, and a wide range of other activities. It is impossible to express the importance and compassion of this charity in words.

World Land Trust

Although Pink Elephant Ltd is no longer supporting ‘A Smile for a Child,’ the silver lining in this situation is that we have partnered with the ‘World Land Trust.' This organisation's primary goal is to assist individuals across the world in protecting and restoring their land to preserve biodiversity and the climate.

World Land Trust aims to protect the world’s most threatened habitats and species for the future, having a range of species already in their reserves - your money helps them do the great work they set out to do every single day. Working with them is something we eagerly anticipate.

Each ton of collected clothes by Pink Elephant Group, through a network of textile banks, will fund planting of two trees. Further five trees will be funded through a new door-to-door positive behavioural project, which is due to be launched in the second quarter of 2023.

As a sustainable organisation, Pink Elephant Ltd are delighted to have been granted the status of a corporate supporter by the World Land Trust (WLT), a renowned global organisation committed to environmental and community welfare. The team at Pink Elephant is enthusiastic about collaborating with and supporting the WLT, and looks forward to contributing to their noble cause.
